Claim Issuer
These guides cover what a Claim Issuer does: attesting a fact about an identity by adding a signed claim to it, and withdrawing that attestation when it no longer holds. The claims a Claim Issuer adds are what makes an investor eligible for the assets that trust that issuer.
1

Signs a claim after verifying the investor, and adds it to the investor's identity.
3

Makes an attestation that exists on EAS count as a claim, through the adapter.
The "Order" column is the order in which these operations are usually performed. The "ID" column is the permanent reference number of each guide. See How guides are numbered.
A Claim Issuer's own identity is created with 02 Deploy an ONCHAINID, and its signing keys are managed with 22 Add and remove keys on an ONCHAINID. An Issuer starts counting its claims with 04 Add a trusted Claim Issuer.
